This is the research group website of Abbie Trewin. Her research is focussed on computational simulation of micro porous materials. These include: conjugated microporous polymers (CMPs); hypercross-linked polymers (HCP) e.g. poly DCX; porous organic cages (POCs); and porous polyimine polymers. She uses computational modelling or simulation to design or predict structure for both amorphous and ordered materials and gas uptake property rationalisation. Of particular interest is dynamic time-dependent porosity.
